Training Corps Certification

Members of the Viewpoints Training Corps have undergone the requisite training to become certified facilitators for The Viewpoints Project. The general onboarding training features lessons in the science of curious disagreement, core competencies such as active listening, intentional questioning, and emotional regulation, and the Most Generous Argument workshop. When Training Corps members are chosen for projects, they undergo further training in the specifics of the program they will run.
